Sandra Meech will be giving a talk and presenting her work on Wednesday 14th November 2018 at 7.30 p.m.
Sandra is an artist, author and teacher in textiles and mixed media, originally from Ontario, now living in Somerset, she has worked in stitched textiles for over 15 years, coming from a career as a graphic designer and illustrator for magazines
She uses photo imagery, drawing and collage as starting points, and her stitched textile and mixed media work has evolved in many different directions over the years inspired by nature and ‘a sense of space’
