Monthly meetings take place in the Parish Rooms, Rooms, Market Square, Somerton.TA11 7NB 
Usually on second Wednesday of the month, beginning in March.
Doors open 7.00pm for 7.30pm start,- 9pm. Except April AGM starts 7pm.
 

11 MARCH -OWEN WILLIAMS; “Light through trees”in Acrylics

8 APRIL -AGM –7pm Followed by BELINDA REYNELL;“Creating Atmosphere in Oils”

13 MAY– IAN LACEY (LoveFromTheArtist); Getting your artists cards and prints onto the computer in digital form.

10 JUNE– Virginia Mason 
Talk ; Title -“INTIMATE SPACE” A journey through History , from an artists perspective.

JULY & AUGUST– Outdoor Painting Days-Programme to be confirmed.

9 SEPTEMBER -Katrina Atkinson from the Arthouse Cheddar.

14 OCTOBER – PAUL OAKLEY (Pewsey Vale Studio); “Still Life” in Oils

11 NOVEMBER -Lisa Takahashi “Dynamic Shapes in Relief Print.”- Linocuts.

9 DECEMBER– MEMBERS CHRISTMAS EVENING

May Sketching Morning

Join us for a PAINT OUT amongst the APPLE BLOSSOM orchards.

When :  Tuesday 12th May 10.30am  to 1.30pm
Where:  Somerset Cider Brandy Company, Burrow Hill, Kingsbury Episcopi, TA12 6BU
Facilities: Toilets, covered tables /seating area overlooking orchard, farm shop, ..cider…
Bring: Your art supplies, packed lunch, drinks.
 
A lovely, relaxed morning is planned curtesy of Somerset Cider Brandy company. Sketch / photograph  blossoming apple orchards, characterful farm buildings, traditional machinery, the famous Glastonbury Cider Bus or take a stroll up Burrow Hill for magnificent views. 
The Somerset Cider Brandy Company has an established history of collaborations with local artists. Labels have been designed by Lucy Willis, Damien Hirst, Dame Elizabeth Frink, to name just a few. Check out their web site www.somersetciderbrandy.com.
