Tuesday 3rd May 2025 outdoor painting

Well it had to happen, after weeks of unseasonal, consistently dry and sunny weather, our first outdoors meeting to paint together was at best unpredictable!

Having delayed my arrival to wait out the downpour in Somerton, I managed only a short although enjoyable spell of painting ,because I had packed for wet and blustery conditions, and failed to anticipate my acrylic paints drying on the palette in the sunshine!
